Senior Hurling
Our senior hurling campaign resumes this weekend with our next opponents in the group stage being De La Salle. The first two rounds of our group have thrown up some interesting results with the pick of these being De La Salle's defeat to Fourmilewater a fortnight ago. Having won two Munster club titles, De La Salle have been one of the preeminent teams in Munster for the last three to four years and their defeat last time out is sure to focus their minds ahead of taking on Tallow. Like most people I'm looking forward to their forward line of Mullane, Moran, Dillon and Jack Kennedy taking on our backline and this is where the game will be won and lost. Throw-in this Sunday is at 7pm in Dungarvan and we wish our lads the best of luck.

Junior Hurling
After a hugely successful run to a county final last year, our junior team sets out on their defence of their Western crown when they take on Fourmilewater this Saturday evening. The management have done great work to gradually introduce more young players into our junior team over the last few years and it's great to see a youthful look to the panel assembled at the moment. Fourmilewater and ourselves have been great rivals at junior level over the last few seasons with never more than a few scores between us and this weekend's game should be no different. They gave notice of their intentions by easily beating a strong Lismore team in the first round so we will have to be at our best to get something out of this game. Throw-in in Lismore this Saturday evening is at 7:30.
